Lisa Bove
With a finance degree and a consulting background, Lisa combines commercial acumen with a curiosity for people and a passion for their development.
Clients describe her as warm, calm,

insightful and, on occasion,
just a little cheeky!
She is in demand for her engaging and intelligent approach and her practical, relevant and thought-provoking solutions. Renowned for an ability to create a climate of trust and ease, and balance challenge with sensitivity, she delivers the messages and questions that others shy from.
Working with global organisations and
multi-cultural teams she has over 13 years
of coaching and training experience,
including the delivery of highly-regarded leadership development programmes across Europe, Asia and the USA. Lisa is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP as well as a qualified Executive Coach.
Away from work you’ll find Lisa trackside supporting her husband’s motor-racing, improving her skills as a flautist, or ‘blowing bubbles’ as she scuba dives in tropical waters.
