An eye-opening 3 day programme for delegates to reflect and develop their identity as an authentic leader. Using Emotional Intelligence (EQ) profiling as a cornerstone delegates explore what drives their choice of behaviours and therefore their results.

Most beneficial for those with at least 2 years’ leadership experience, the programme covers developing self-awareness, self-management and self-motivation, rapport and interpersonal skills.
Delegates also receive two follow-up
coaching sessions whilst they implement
their leadership vision.

Leadership Skills Development Programme
An intensive 5 day course for those new to leadership or wanting to refine their skills. With extensive skills practice and personalised feedback, delegates develop advanced skills in four core areas:
- Successful communication & influencing
- Delivering impactful presentations
- Building and leading effective teams
- Managing the development of others
We can also deliver each of these topics as a stand-alone course if that better meets your needs.
