What to expect

From initial contact the content
of any conversation is confidential
and only disclosed with the
client’s permission.

Typically we start with a telephone conversation to establish whether coaching is appropriate to your needs.

This is followed by a scoping session to establish the goals for your
coaching programme, scope its
content and to ensure there is rapport between you and your coach to work effectively together.

We summarise the scoping session in a proposal for your approval, and that of your sponsor if appropriate.

Once the proposal is signed-off your coaching can begin.Your coaching
can be conducted face-to-face, over the telephone, and a combination
of the two.
